- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've used other branches and always left happy. This particular one needs a lot of improvement. Super slow service makes you feel like the customer doesn't matter. Last bad experience almost had me switch banks. Sat in drive-thru line for half hour on a Saturday behind a line of 5 cars. Three representatives inside only one open lane. Next in line, clock turns one o'clock, red light comes on. The teller acted totally rude and said, "Ummm The red light means we're closed". My whole holiday weekend was ruined because they were too lazy to open the other lane and take care of their customers.By luis martinez, January 17, 2017
